About me

A space to be heard.

Hi, I'm Amie, a BACP Registered Person-Centred Counsellor with a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially when you've spent so long looking after everyone else. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly at your own pace. My approach is gentle, collaborative and tailored to each individual. I believe that when people feel truly heard and accepted, meaningful change becomes possible. Alongside my counselling work, I've completed additional training in safeguarding, suicide prevention, domestic abuse and couples counselling, allowing me to support a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. Sessions are available via Microsoft Teams, making therapy accessible wherever you are in the UK.

A warm approachable therapeutic space.
