Mental health resources for real life. Future Aims – Wellness & Education grew from the same idea behind Future Aims Therapy: mental health information should be understandable, useful and accessible. Not everyone wants counselling. Not everyone can access it. And sometimes you don't need a therapy session — you need a worksheet, something to help you organise your thoughts, a journal prompt, a practical tool or simply some information that helps you understand what you're experiencing. That's why I create downloadable and printable resources that you can use in your own time, in your own way. What's available? The shop includes practical resources covering areas such as: Mental health & wellbeing Worksheets, check-ins, reflection tools and practical resources designed to help you explore what's going on and understand yourself a little better. Journals & printable tools Resources you can print at home and return to whenever they're useful. Neurodivergence Practical tools designed with different ways of thinking, processing and organising life in mind. Parents & carers Resources for the people who are often busy looking after everyone else and don't always have much time left for themselves. Home education Practical printable resources for families choosing a different approach to education. Why printable resources? Because sometimes you just want something you can hold in your hand. You can print a worksheet, scribble all over it, put it in a folder, come back to it next week or completely ignore it until you need it again. There isn't a right way to use a resource. Take what is useful. Leave what isn't. Make it work for you. Created by a counsellor I'm Amie, a BACP Registered Counsellor and the founder of Future Aims Therapy. The resources I create are informed by my counselling training, professional experience and the things I see people struggling with in real life. I try to keep the language straightforward and the activities practical. No unnecessary jargon. No pretending that everyone's life looks the same. And no assumption that there is one solution that works for everybody. More than a shop Future Aims – Wellness & Education sits alongside my counselling work, rather than replacing it. You might find a worksheet that helps you understand something you're experiencing. You might use one alongside counselling. You might buy a journal simply because you like putting things down on paper. Or you might find something useful for a child, family member, client or someone you support. You get to decide what you need and how you use it. You'll find the full collection of printable mental health, wellbeing, parenting, caring and home education resources in my Etsy shop.
