Heavy Days Community๐
A free Sunday email for when life feels like a lot. Some weeks are harder than others. Sometimes you know you're struggling, but you don't quite know what to do with it. Every Sunday, I'll send you a short, relatable reflection about something that might be going on beneath the surface โ anxiety, overthinking, burnout, self-criticism, relationships, feeling overwhelmed and all the other wonderfully complicated bits of being human. You'll also get one practical tool or idea you can actually use. No group chats. No pressure to reply. No pretending everything can be fixed with a positive quote and a bubble bath. Just something useful to read when you've got a few minutes. Join the Heavy Days Community for free. You'll also receive a free reflective journal when you sign up. What lands in your inbox? Every Sunday you'll receive: ๐ A short story or reflection Something relatable about the things that can make life feel heavier than usual. ๐ง A bit of understanding A simple explanation of what's happening beneath the surface โ without turning it into a psychology lecture. โ๏ธ One practical tool A worksheet, reflection, exercise or idea you can try in your own time. ๐ฟ Something to take away Not a list of things you should be doing. Just something to think about, try or come back to during the week. This isn't therapy. The Heavy Days Community is a free mental health resource created by me, Amie, a BACP Registered Counsellor. It's there to help you understand yourself a little better and give you practical things you can use between the bigger stuff life throws at you. It's not counselling, crisis support or a replacement for professional help. And there's no expectation to share anything, talk to anyone or become part of a group. It's simply an email that arrives on Sunday. Read it when you have time. Save it for later. Ignore it when you're having one of those weeks. There's no homework.
